Recently, I received a prestigious grant award from Johns Hopkins University's Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund. This gives me mentorship and financial support to develop my screenplay, "The Deaf Heart." I will be participating in an intensive weekend-long screenplay lab at Hopkins. I can't wait to make my dream of adapting my novel into a feature-length screenplay a reality.
