It was a real privilege to be recently awarded a fellowship from the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund at Johns Hopkins. I was given the opportunity to participate in an intense 3-day screenwriting workshop called "STORYLAB" with a cohort of talented, aspiring screenwriters guided by an impressive panel of film industry experts. This all happened inside this beautiful, Art Deco movie house in Baltimore which is the home of the graduate film program partnership of Johns Hopkins University and Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
